Blackrock Leads $305 Million Bitcoin and Ether ETF Inflow

Importance Critical

U.S. spot bitcoin and ether exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded combined net inflows of over $305 million on Wednesday, led once again by Blackrock, as institutional demand strengthened for a third consecutive session.

Bitcoin ETFs attracted $244.42 million in net inflows across five funds. Blackrock’s IBIT accounted for the largest share at $196.83 million, followed by ARK 21Shares’ ARKB ($37.63 million), Fidelity’s FBTC ($11.28 million), Bitwise’s BITB ($10.56 million), and Morgan Stanley’s MSBT ($2.79 million). VanEck’s HODL posted a $14.67 million outflow, the only fund in the category to lose capital. Total bitcoin ETF trading volume reached $1.58 billion, and combined net assets closed at $79.21 billion.

Ether ETFs also extended their positive run, adding $60.86 million across five products. Blackrock’s ETHA led with $50.34 million, while its staking-focused ETHB contributed $4.94 million. Fidelity’s FETH added $2.87 million, and Bitwise’s ETHW and 21Shares’ TETH brought in $1.37 million and $1.34 million, respectively. No ether ETFs recorded outflows. Trading value across the category totaled $550.67 million, with net assets ending the session at $10.61 billion.

Among smaller crypto ETFs, HYPE funds returned to inflows after a prolonged drawdown. Bitwise’s BHYP attracted approximately $966,690, lifting combined net assets to $267.78 million. Trading volume reached $11.63 million, offering the first sign of easing selling pressure. XRP ETFs moved in the opposite direction: Bitwise’s XRP fund recorded a $3.58 million withdrawal, the category’s only net outflow. XRP ETF trading value rose to $20.16 million, while net assets slipped below $1 billion to $993.38 million. Solana ETFs reported no net creations or redemptions, with combined assets at $878.51 million.

Wednesday’s figures underscored the continued dominance of bitcoin and ether in drawing institutional capital, with Blackrock emerging as the primary driver. Activity among altcoin ETFs remained uneven, with HYPE breaking a losing streak and XRP losing further ground.
